FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) – A teen who allegedly wrote a note threatening to “shoot up” Fond du Lac High School was ordered Thursday to stand trial.
17 year old Austin Hill faces one count of making a terrorist threat for the January 11th incident.
No arraignment has been scheduled because Hill asked for a new judge, who has not yet been assigned, according to court records.
Another student, who was referred to juvenile authorities, allegedly dropped the note in a school hallway.
Hill admitted to writing it, but later said he had no intention of carrying out any threat.
In Wisconsin, 17-year-olds are automatically charged in adult court.
