APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The man whose alleged threats led to the closing of Fox River Mall made his initial appearance in Outagamie County Court Monday morning.
Christopher Hawkins is charged with making a terrorist threat for the Dec. 27, when he allegedly told a woman he had argued with that he was going to shoot up the mall. The mall evacuated as a result.
Bond was set at $25,000 cash. He returns to court Jan. 17 for a preliminary hearing, according to court records.
