GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A man accused of killing Nicole VanderHeyden is pleading not guilty.
That’s the plea entered in court Friday by George Burch. A trial date has not been set, but Birch is expected back in court in January.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Department says they used DNA tests and cell phone records to tie Burch to VanderHeyden’s death.
Her body was found in a field in Bellevue back in May.
