GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A man has pleaded not guilty to five charges in connection with an arson at Green Bay’s Ten O One Club.
A trial date for Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton was not set during his court appearance on Monday. He returns to court for a status conference January 9.
Officials say Castilloveitia-Quinton set fire to the east side tavern on August 21. The fire caused about $100,000 in damage. He’s also accused of luring children to a vacant apartment in the building and punching them.
A judge found Castilloveitia-Quinton competent to stand trial earlier this month.
