GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man will spend over a year in prison for committing social security disability fraud.
Prosecutors say 58-year-old Randall Frisque kept collecting social security disability payments all while working 50 to 60 hours per week as a dump truck driver.
According to witnesses, Frisque often bragged about collecting the fraudulent payments.
Frisque plead guilty to a charge of theft of government property.
He was also sentenced to 2 years of supervised release and ordered to pay approximately $130,000 in restitution to the Social Security Administration and Medicare.
