APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Drivers will be able to pay for parking at one of downtown Appleton’s parking ramps with a credit card beginning on Monday.
A pay-on-exit system has been installed at the Red Ramp, along Lawrence Street between Houdini Plaza and the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.
A guide to these changes has been posted on the city’s website.
Two other city-owned ramps are scheduled to have similar systems installed in the coming weeks.
The city’s Common Council approved a $650,000 contract for the system in April.
