OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man charged with the sexual assault of a child at a community water park in Oshkosh says he didn’t do anything wrong.
Shannon Frantz says he may have bumped into an eight-year-old girl while she was swimming, but he denies pulling on her swimsuit bottom or touching her inappropriately.
Authorities say the alleged incident happened last month at the Pollock Community Water Park.
If convicted, Frantz could face decades in prison.
He posted a 25-hundred-dollar bond and was released from the Winnebago County Jail.
