FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) – Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney is seeking to put Dennis Brantner on trial again for the 1990 murder of Berit Beck.
His trial ended in a hung jury this week, and Toney says his staff is reviewing records and preparing a second trial.
The 62-year-old Brantner was arrested last year for the murder of the 18-year-old when authorities say they were able to match DNA from his van to the crime.
