OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Police in Oshkosh have arrested a man for allegedly inappropriately touching a child at a city pool last week.
Police say it happened at Pollock Pool on Friday, June 24 around 3:45 p.m.
Authorities say the 48-year-old Green Bay man touched the girl while at the pool. He tried to leave before police arrived, but others at the pool stopped him.
Officials say the man and the girl did not know each other.
