MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – Police are investigating an overnight accident between a bicycle and a jeep in Manitowoc.
It happened on N. Rapids Road, south of Michigan Avenue, around 3:45 a.m. Sunday.
Officers say a Manitowoc man was riding his bike when he was hit by another Manitowoc man driving the jeep. The driver of the vehicle was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
The man on the bike suffered a broken ankle and some cuts. The three wheel bike has significant damage.
