UNDATED (WTAQ) – Strong to severe thunderstorms moving through northeast Wisconsin Friday evening led to some downed tree branches and power lines.
A tornado warning was issued for a short time in Outagamie County.
Crews from both Wisconsin Public Service and We Energies have been working on cleaning up downed branches and restoring power.
WPS officials urge people to stay away from downed power lines and debris. They also say it could take through Sunday to restore power to all of those who are currently without.
