GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – A potential threat at the VA clinic in Grand Chute Friday afternoon turned out to be just a scare.
The bomb squad was called to the John H. Bradley outpatient clinic after a security guard found what was believed to be a suspicious package.
The guard said the box appeared to be wrapped in black electrical tape.
It was discovered on the ashtray to a garbage can outside the front of the building.
The bomb squad detonated the box, so it’s not known what was inside it.
