OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A man has been convicted of killing his girlfriend in Winnebago County.
The two-day jury trial for Samson Gomoll returned a guilty verdict for first-degree intentional homicide, according to online court records.
Gomoll shot and killed Stacey Strange during an argument on September 20, 2015.
Winnebago County Judge Scott Woldt will decide if or when Gomoll will be eligible for to seek parole when he’s sentenced July 22. The conviction carries an automatic life prison sentence.
