GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Digital billboards in the area are flashing pictures of Richard Arrington and Devin Landrum.
Police say the two were involved in the death of Richard Gomez on the city’s east side Saturday night. They say Gomez may not have known the suspects and could have been just an innocent bystander.
A SWAT team search for the two suspects earlier this week turned up empty. The Green Bay Police Department’s SWAT team was on the hunt for Arrington and Landrum in the 1000 block of Shawano Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Police say both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
