GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A shooting on Green Bay’s east side is under investigation.
Police say it happened around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at a home in the 900 block of Smith Street.
A man was shot once inside that home. Officers say his injuries don’t appear to be life-threatening and he was taken to the hospital.
Officers are searching for two men suspected of being involved who fled on foot from the home. The only descriptions are that both men are black, wearing red.
The Green Bay Police Department says, as a matter of safety, schools on the east side were locked down. That lockdown has since been lifted.
