OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Two suspects have been arrested in Oshkosh after police say they robbed people they targeted on a dating website.
Police say the incidents took place in December 2015 and January 2016.
In both incidents, the suspect would make contact with the victim through the dating site MeetMe.com. The two sides would agree to meet.
The victims were then robbed by the suspect. No one was injured in either altercation.
Police believe the victims were targeted in the Fox Valley area, including Oshkosh. They also believe there are more robberies that have not been reported.
