GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The Green Bay Packers have re-signed defensive tackle Letroy Guion to a three-year contract on Friday, worth a reported $11.25 million with an extra $500,000 in performance escalators.
The 28-year-old Guion has spent each of the last two seasons with the Packers. He registered 21 tackles in 13 games this past season after being suspended for the first 3 games by the league for an arrest on marijuana possession charges.
Guion had a career year with the Packers two years ago, then saw his production slip this past season.
The Packers are hoping he can regain the form of 2014 when he totaled 41 tackles and three-and-a-half sacks.
