WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities say a 21-year-old Omro man has died following a crash in Winnebago County late Friday.
The sheriff’s department responded to the crash near 7400 County Highway E in Rushford around 11:45 p.m.
Cops found the man lying in the roadway. First responders attempted life saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Jacob A. Case.
Authorities are looking for the public’s help identifying a potential witness to the crash. Around 11:40 p.m., a dark colored pickup truck was seen driving by the crash scene.
