GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A plea deal has been reached for a Menominee Indian Reservation resident charged with paying a teenager for sex.
Court documents show that Brian Kelley is due in federal court in Green Bay on February 4.
The girl was 14 when she began working for Kelley, who paid her $20 or $25 each time they had sex. Court documents reveal that they had sex on numerous occasions from 2010 through 2015.
