SUPERIOR, WI (WTAQ) – A man from Superior will spend ten-and-a-half years in prison for a road rage incident in which his vehicle struck and injured a woman.
34-year-old Travis Howes must also spend 8 years under extended supervision after his prison time.
Authorities say a 24-year-old woman yelled at Howes from an alley in January, claiming he almost struck her and her friends.
Witnesses say Howes argued with the woman, and drove backwards for 50 feet and injured her legs.
He must also pay $2,200 in restitution, after pleading no contest reckless endangerment, aggravated battery, resisting an officer, and driving with a revoked license.
