MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – The Manitowoc Company announced Monday it has sold its Kysor Panel Systems business to a private market investment firm, for approximately $85 million.
The agreement with an affiliate of New York-based D Cubed Group is subject to certain financial adjustments.
Kysor Panel Systems is a producer of wood frame and high-density rail panel systems for walk-in freezers and coolers for the retail and convenience-store market.
