GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man facing a murder charge appeared in court Friday.
But a trial date was not set for 31-year-old Matthew Moore.
Moore is accused in the killing of Thomas Wick. Wick was found dead in the basement of his Howard home on February 27, 2012.
According to investigators, Wick was shot four times and money may have been the motive for the crime.
Prosecutors say Moore and his fiancé Katie Heller owed Wick money after selling them a house.
Moore claims Heller shot and killed Wick. He’s due back in court next month for his final pre-trial hearing.
