Rodgers completed 22-of-32 passes for 1 touchdown to tight end Richard Rodgers on the opening drive.
Running back Eddie Lacy ran for 90 yards on 18 carries, while fullback John Kuhn scored a TD on his first carry of the season for the Packers (4-0).
The Packers defense sacked 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick 4 times, and he completed less than 50 percent of his passes on the day. San Francisco falls to 1-3 on the season.
