MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Sheriff’s deputies in Marinette County say a Green Bay man was found dead after crashing his motorcycle into a ditch.
Authorities say a search was started for a motorcycle driver who failed to report for work in Green Bay Monday morning.
Fellow employees knew the man had left a cabin in Silver Cliff on Sunday morning.
Deputies say searchers found the man in the ditch on County Road W near Short Cut Road and State Highway 64 just before 6 p.m.
An autopsy is planned Tuesday for the 54-year-old man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
