TOWN OF WRIGHTSTOWN, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities say two teenagers who were apparently trying to cross Highway 96 were hit by a vehicle.
It happened just after 9 p.m. Monday about a half-mile east of Blake Road in the Greenleaf area.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, the teens were struck by a vehicle heading east on Highway 96.
One of the teens were airlifted to the hospital, while the other was taken there by ambulance. Their conditions and identities were not released.
The driver was not ticketed and authorities don’t believe alcohol was a factor.
