SHAWANO, WI (WTAQ) – A suspect involved in a triple fatal crash in Shawano County has pled not guilty.
Online court records indicate that a trial date has not been set for Ryan Swadner. Swadner is due back in court October 13 for a scheduling conference.
Swadner is facing 11 charges, including three of homicide by use of a vehicle while using a controlled substance.
According to police, Swadner drove onto the right shoulder to get around a vehicle, over corrected, and struck an SUV last October 21 in Belle Plaine. The crash claimed the lives of Paige Brunette, Cody Borsche and Tyler Welch.
