EPHRAIM, WI (WTAQ) – A search continues for a Grand Chute doctor missing for almost two weeks in Door County.
Volunteer dog handlers and a DNR plane have been used to help sheriff’s officers find 63-year-old Jeffrey Whiteside.
He’s been missing since June 29th, when he walked away from a marina in Ephraim after getting into an argument with his wife. The couple has a vacation and a boat slip there.
Authorities said officers have gone door-to-door to search for Whiteside, and they’ve searched the shoreline and part of the Bay of Green Bay, which Ephraim borders.
Whiteside is a doctor at the Fox Valley Pulmonary Medicine facility. He’s also the secretary for the board of Theda Care in Neenah.
