GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Charges have been filed against a De Pere man for a stabbing incident after just outside of the Fire Over The Fox fireworks show in downtown Green Bay.
In court Monday, 22-year-old Victor Manuel Pazcastellanos was charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless injury, endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon and possession of THC.
Green Bay police were called to the 300 block of Dousman Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday and found a 20-year-old woman with multiple stab wounds. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities say a 41-year-old man who tried to stop the attack suffered minor injuries as well. He was taken to the hospital.
