GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay police have arrested one man following a stabbing in the city’s downtown area.
Authorities say it happened around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, shortly after Fire Over the Fox, in the 300 block of Dousman Street.
Officers arrived on scene and found a man holding the suspect down. Cops say a 22-year-old man stabbed a 20-year-old woman several times. She’s hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
The 41-year-old man who tried to stop the attack and held down the suspect until police arrived suffered minor injuries.
The attack remains under investigation.
