WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ) – A Waupaca woman has been arrested for allegedly selling heroin and methamphetamine to undercover cops.
21-year-old Tori Clark sold the drugs to undercover investigators three different times since April, according to deputies.
Clark is jailed on multiple charges including manufacturing/delivery of methamphetamine and heroin, along with bail jumping.
