EAU CLAIRE, WI (WTAQ)- A manhunt is underway in Eau Claire County for a 24-year-old man accused of abducting an employee of the Mukwonago Walmart early Monday morning.
She was able to get free from Mitchell Owens at a gas station in Eau Claire, and was with police in the city late Monday.
The Eau Claire Sheriff’s Office believes Owens is in the Town of Seymour, armed with a rifle.
He was last seen in a black long-sleeved shirt, a green baseball hat and jeans.
