OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A Fox Valley woman convicted of shooting her Wal-Mart co-worker will spend 30 years in prison.
Justine Boyd pled no contest in February to attempted murder charges for the 2013 incident at the Neenah Wal-Mart. The victim, Sharon Goffard, was wounded but survived.
During her trial, Boyd argued she should be found not guilty by reason of mental disease. The jury, however, rejected that argument.
In court Thursday, a judge also sentenced Boyd to 10 years extended supervision.
