Appleton, WI (WTAQ) – A woman who was charged in connection with her partner’s death was back in Outagamie County court today (TUE) to have the case dismissed.
Dianna Siveny is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the 2007 murder of Lara Plamann.
Defense attorneys say problems with the way police and prosecutors handled the case have brought them to this point. But charges could be re-filed at a later date.
Charges were previously dropped against Siveny’s daughter, Kandi Siveny, after a similar hearing in February. In that case, prosecutors also have the option to re-file the charges.
