Shawano, WI (WTAQ) – Eleven criminal charges were filed Monday against an 18-year-old Clintonville man accused of killing three teenage passengers in a two-vehicle crash last October.
Ryan Swadner was in Shawano County Circuit Court Monday afternoon.
Police say he was under the influence of controlled substances when he sped to get past a vehicle in front of him, and then slammed into an oncoming S-U-V on Highway 22 near Shawano.
