Madison, WI (WTAQ) – A man from Madison is under arrest after allegedly trying to provide material support and resources to ISIS.
Joshua Ray Van Haften is charged with intending to travel to Iraq or Syria to join the terrorist group.
He had already traveled to Istanbul but was arrested when returning to the U.S. at O’Hare Airport in Chicago yesterday.
He’s scheduled to appear in federal court in Madison today.
