Madison, WI (WTAQ) – U.S. Hwy. 41 is now Interstate 41.
Gov. Scott Walker’s office has announced that the stretch of highway from Howard to just south of the Wisconsin-Illinois border is now part of the Federal Highway Administration’s Interstate system.

State leaders say signs will be changed this summer. About 3,000 signs will have to be placed along the route
