Green Bay, WI (WTAQ) – A suspect in the 2012 murder of a Howard contractor was ordered Wednesday to stand trial.
Matthew Moore waived a preliminary hearing. He will enter a plea May 4.
Moore and Katie Heller allegedly killed Thomas Wick because they did not have the money they owed Wick for a home.
Both are charged with first-degree intentional homicide. If convicted, the charge carries a mandatory life prison term.
Heller is due in court April 21st.
