(WNFL)- The Milwaukee Brewers won their second straight Cactus League exhibition game yesterday, 6-3 over the San Francisco Giants in Scottsdale Arizona. Luis Jimenez broke a tie game with a run-scoring double in the fifth that put Milwaukee in front for good. Jimenez doubled twice, and Gerardo Parra had a pair of singles. Khris Davis hit a two-run double off Tim Lincecum, who gave up three runs in his only inning of work after he left with a sore neck. Brewers’ starter Matt Garza gave up two runs on four hits in three innings, but said he was pleased with a change in his mechanics which includes a smoother delivery. Garza surrendered RBI singles in the second frame to Brandon Crawford and Hector Sanchez. Tim Hudson threw a scoreless first inning in his spring debut, as the Giants dropped their fifth straight exhibition game. Milwaukee improved 2-5 in Cactus League play.
