WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities in Waupaca have arrested a 29-year-old woman after heroin was found in her home.
On Monday, investigators from several agencies in Waupaca and Waupaca County executed a search warrant at a home on Clarke Street.
Authorities found evidence indicating heroin was being processed, distributed and used at the home.
