MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – Manitowoc police are searching for a man who allegedly assaulted a girl on New Year’s Day.
Authorities say they were called to the Trails End Trailer Park at 2000 Johnston Drive around 8 p.m. Thursday. Cops say they learned a girl may have been touched inappropriately.
The victim told officers that the suspect was a white man in his late teens or early 20s, wearing dark clothes and a puffy jacket.
