MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) Milwaukee Brewers fans are being asked by catcher Stephen Vogt to keep an eye out for memorabilia after his home was broken into.
His tweet at 2:52pm said: “Our home was broken into. The invasion of personal space is quite scary. Fortunately it was just things that were taken.”
He says his wife and kids were not home at the time. Vogt said the items taken include what he called personalized memorabilia from some of the players he respects most in baseball.
A later tweet said: “… if anyone catches wind of personalized memorabilia made out to Stephen Vogt, please contact me ASAP.”
Vogt lives in Visalia, California. The break-in happened at a second home he owns in Washington State where his wife and children stay during the baseball season.
