SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) – Five people have been injured in a two-vehicle, head-on accident in Sheboygan County.
Officers say the crash happened Saturday at 4:40 pm on Highway 23, west of Spring Valley Drive, in Greenbush.
Sheriff’s officials note a car and minivan crashed when one of the vehicles crossed the center line.
Investigators say 26-year-old Xor Lee of Sheboygan was driving the car, and a total of four people were in the van, two adults (39-year-old Kari J. Freis of Newton and 70-year-old Nancy S. Weier of Manitowoc) and two children (13-year-old Kaitlyn KJ Freis of Newton and 10-year-old Edward E. Freis of Newton).
All five were taken to the hospital.
No word on a cause, as the accident is still under investigation.
