BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A recent meth bust has been deemed the largest in Brown County history.
Sheriff’s officials say they seized nearly 10.7 pounds of the drug during a five-month investigation, almost six pounds more than the department recovered in all of 2016.
Street value is reportedly $485,000.
Deputies are still looking for two of the seven men who were federally indicted in connection with the case, Umero Saldana and Joshua Sepulveda.
While sheriff’s officials believe the majority of the drugs were delivered in Brown County, other deliveries reportedly happened in Marinette and Oconto counties.
As part of the investigation, authorities also allegedly recovered heroin, LSD, marijuana, and prescription drugs.
