Investigators say the primary areas affected are Red Smith, Wilder Park, and McAuliffe Park.
Since July 21, officers say 19 people have reported being victimized, with several others not filing a formal police report.
Items taken include: landscape lighting, decorative statues, gazing balls, lawn furniture cushions, and hanging flower baskets.
There have also been several reports of houses and vehicles being egged in the Red Smith area.
Police have limited information on the suspects but note, in one instance, they left in an older, dark-colored, four-door Honda.
