GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Work has resumed on a major Green Bay construction project.
Crews are continuing renovation work on the Hotel Northland, following a two-and-a-half month pause.
An ownership dispute caused the delay.
On April 14, a Brown County judge ruled Keith Harenda is the hotel’s sole owner.
While work throughout the building has resumed, some of the larger projects, such as drywall, won’t start for a few days.
Officials hope Hotel Northland will be open for business by this fall.
