GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The suspect in a restaurant arson fire is competent to stand trial, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton allegedly set fire to the Ten-0-One Club on Aug. 21. He also allegedly lured children to a vacant apartment in the building and punched them.
After being found competent to stand trial Tuesday morning, a preliminary hearing was scheduled for Oct. 14, according to court records.
Castilloveitia-Quinton faces five counts, including three felonies.
The fire caused about $100,000 in damage.
