GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man has been convicted in a major child pornography case.
63-year-old John Beauchamp pleaded no contest to 20 counts of possessing child pornography in court Thursday.
Beauchamp was charged in the case in February 2015.
According to investigators, they found evidence that Beauchamp, who also goes by the name “Baby Emily” online, had uploaded over 7,000 images of child pornography. Most of them were of children younger than 3-years-old.
Investigators also said they found a setting in Beauchamp’s basement he called his “nursery,” which included dolls in provocative positions as well as baby clothes and undergarments. He told authorities he would suck on a pacifier and drink from a baby bottle while watching child porn.
Sentencing for Beauchamp is set for April 25.
