WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ) – The woman charged with killing her boyfriend in Fremont earlier this month will stand trial.
In Waupaca County court, Alison Roe was bound over for trial on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Craig Dake.
Online court records indicate that Roe’s arraignment will be March 31.
According to the criminal complaint, the couple argued before Roe allegedly stabbed Dake on March 6 inside an apartment.
If convicted, Roe faces life in prison.
