TOWN OF BLACK WOLF, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office says a male body was pulled from Lake Winnebago Friday night.
The Sheriff’s Office responded around 6:20 p.m. to the boat landing at Fahrney Point Boat Ramp in the Town of Black Wolf at Kalbus County Harbor Campground after boaters reported a body was floating in the water.
The body was brought to shore where the Winnebago County Medical Examiner declared the man was dead.
An unattended boat was found on the water and was brought in for evidence.
No other is being released at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
