GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man has pleaded not guilty to seven charges after he allegedly struck and killed a bicyclist before taking off from the scene.
Barry Watters is facing charges that include homicide from intoxicated use of a vehicle from the March 25 incident.
Court records indicate a trial date for October 31 has been set.
Watters allegedly struck Russel Owen on Green Bay’s west side with his SUV. Police found marijuana in Watters vehicle following the incident.
